Brought car in for a squeal noise which obviously was a belt. The belt was replaced and I was talked about not rear brakes, coolant flush, brake fluid flush as well. $1300 plus dollars. BUT THE CAR STILL SQUEELED!! Oh. Now the harmonic balancer needs to be replaced. Dealer part. Had to order. On Tues. 9/3 I waited 4 (yes 4) hours waiting for the crew to locate a special tool to remove the pulley. Had to order one. Well today is 9/6 and no call. I have been without a car since 8/24!!! I hope I am not charged 4 hours labor for NOTHING!!! I just call the shop and nobody answered…
There was an exhaust leak that appeared following the repair. It was quickly resolved without problems.

The parts for muffler replacement didn't fit my car well, so alterations were made to ensure proper fit. I had purchased exhaust system in the fall of 2022 and had quite a few problems with the system hanging too low. This time around, I am extremely satisfied with the adjustments made during installation.
Would like to be told if oil change is going to take as long as it did. I had to inquire for an update after not having seen my car. Go into the Bay for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Also, if the coupon says that it comes with attire rotation, I want my tires to be rotated if I request it and not be told that they are only rotated if the technician deems it necessary after his inspection.
Be honest with customers about pricing. Don’t act like you’re helping me out by putting tires on my car and then charge me double the actual price for the tires. Beyond dishonest.

I called to make an appointment which was easy as there were numerous times available. I arrived and the waiting area appeared clean and orderly. My vehicle was taken into the bay immediately and work began. I did not have to wait long before my vehicle was ready. Staff were friendly and a a promo code I had found on the website was applied for a discount. I appreciate the texted link which provides information on what was done to my vehicle as well as photos which I've never gotten before. Overall I've had a good experience and will be returning for future vehicle service needs.

So my choice for the price i paid was just because I had to $2500, this has nothing to do with the folks at this store, just in this economy no one wants to spend that much for anything. Tyler was great and worked well with me. Would definitely bring my car back for future services.
Did not like how expensive it is, but largest issue was that it felt like I was being constantly up sold more repairs. Just went in for brake pads, and was told they wouldn’t put them on unless I got new back rotors. Also tried to push me to get front rotors, even though they were relatively new. Then said I needed new rear calipers, and said they could not put the car back together without new ones. Seemed to give me a crazy high price for each new find, and then when I was reserved they “did me a solid” and brought it down.
Took us without an appointment and called with a detailed cost of the repairs. Car was repaired in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Tyler, Justin & Larry worked extremely hard to get what was to be covered by my warranty company. they dealt with them to make sure my car was taken care of and parts were covered by warranty. They made sure I was taken care of.

I had my brakes are rotors replaced November of 2022. In January I took the vehicle back in for a growling sound. Assured it was safe. Returned in April same issue. Assured it was safe. Returned same issue may wheel bearings are bad. Had the bearings fixed left. Wheel started making noise the next day. The brake dust shield has been scraping on the new rotor Midas just installed.
Brought my truck in for a complete new exhaust (Ford F-150). They said none of the parts were available to be ordered (on an F-150?!?!), but if I could find them, they would install them. They gave me a printout of exactly what I needed. I found the parts and brought them to Midas. They gave me an estimate of 3 hours (approx $450 to install). I questioned how it could take 3 hours to install when all of the parts and hardware were brand new. I was told they add an hour to the estimate, in case they run into problems. He said it would be done the next day. 3 days later my truck was ready. He said the bill was WELL OVER $800!!!!! As you can imagine, I hit the ceiling. He stated that it had needed more parts and labor than he had originally said. They completed the job, without speaking to me for an authorization, and wanted to double the price. I flat out refused and said I still had the original estimate. He then stated, he could see I was upset and would discount the work to bring it closer to the original estimate. One of the parts they installed, was an oxygen sensor that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE and wanted to charge me $126.99, plus labor.
Firstly, Tyler offered a free oil change for Mother's Day and my Jeep was due (lucky me!). I have been using Midas for years and appreciate the personable staff. Never once have I been mansplained to, which certainly happens a lot! And they generally look for coupons for me to save on whatever service I getting done.

the time was long for a oil change seeing they took time to look at other things on the car. An exhaust leak was noted that was replaced less than a year ago. I go for one think not for other things. it should be in and out in 30 not an hours. I also didn't like the price it was about 34 last time and now 20 higher. I will take care of my car from now on seeing its not worth the time or price. like the old saying goes if you want it done right do it yourself. I left with a estimate for nearly 2500 for a car not worth but that. I do have a power steering leak and they didn't note that in the estimate. I know that would have shown if they looked.

The work that I already paid for needs to rectified. The car now has new and worse problems since the alleged repairs. I had to pay over $ 250. to get the car towed back to Midas.
I wish I remembered the gentleman’s names that worked on 11/4 at the front desk. He was very nice and welcoming. All the staff seemed happy to work there which is a nice experience especially when you have to wait for your car to be serviced. I felt comfortable to come again.

The manager told me the plastic covering under my 2013 Escape was missing several screws. He asked me where I last took the car for an oil change. I said, “Here,” the Midas I was at presently. He didn’t believe me. When I got home I checked my records, and found that I did indeed bring the car to Midas for the last oil change. I asked him if he could have a few screws installed. He told me they didn’t have any screws.Also, the manager asked me what type of oil I wanted. I thought he should have known or at least looked it up. He would have also seen that I brought the car in to Midas the last time I had the oil changed.I thought the manager could have been a little more accommodating and customer friendly, especially since the cost of an oil change had almost doubled in a year.

I appreciate the willingness to take the time to listen to my concerns and then thoroughly check out my vehicle. What brings me back to this Midas is the fact the employees are never pushy with their customers to spend money, money, money on our vehicles! We’re informed of what is needed, this costs associated, any deals available, financing options, and a time frame before our vehicle is going to be in major trouble. It’s a rare practice and needs to be continued. It is simply the reason why when I was informed my front brakes were near the end of their life, I said “go for it” today. Heck, I KNOW I totally could’ve stretched those brakes for at least another 6 months easy. Been there, done that. However, the Midas employees are terrific and personable, and I absolutely believe them to be honest.
