Wife and I have been very satisfied with my service. However during my last visit my key fob was dropped off for a tire replacement and was returned to my damaged. John at the front desk alleged that my fob was dropped off to them damaged. I’ll not be returning to this location.
Everything was great I would just appreciate a heads up before putting the sticker on windshield because it’s on a spot where tint is so it’s gonna be a pain to get off if it does come off.
The manager Zach is a great honest guy. He is very knowledgeable and works well with you. His customer service is excellent and is why both myself and others return to Midas.
Zack was very thorough in his explanation. I witnessed this with his interaction with other customers. This was my first visit. Most customers I witnessed were repeat customers.
Only one guy was working inside during my visit. Zach, was extremely professional throughout my experience. Thorough diagnostic and review provided as well as price estimate discussion prior to work approval on my vehicle. It was steady busy and Zach was active and ensured a successful experience for myself.
The workers were honest, and didn’t attempt to sell me a bunch of things that my car didn’t need. Instead, they simply let me know where I currently stand with those items. That level of honesty has been unheard of at other establishments.

I don’t even no where to start. I needed an emergency tire replacement because my tire blew out on the freeway. With all the shops being close to closing, the team at Midas were the most compassionate and caring with my situation, and they fit me right in and just so happened to have my tire size in shop. Luke, Zach, and Ivan took such great care of my car, and I can’t thank them enough. It was a huge blessing that I happened to be close to this location.

I was expecting a significant issue with my tires requiring thousands of dollars of repairs. They suggested addressing the simplest problem first before exploring more significant problems. We did that and the problem was materially addressed with a much more modest repair bill. Even if other issues still need to be resolved, this step was necessary in any event.
Our daughter stopped in at Midas in Leawood because of a concern with her exhaust. Lucas and Zack were terrific. They got her car in, Zack showed her the issue and explained it well. They were friendly, competent, good communicators and skilled in fixing the issue. They got our daughter safely back on the road for her 3 hour drive and I am grateful.

When I walked in, they said, "This is a drop off!." I said, "I have to wait." They said it would take 1.5 hours. But at 1.5 hours, when I called they said it would another 1-1.5 hours. I was waiting all this time in the area walking to businesses to kill time. The funny thing was that when they finally got to my appointment, it was the time I scheduled on line. But I was called and asked to bring car in at 9 a.m. Was a bit frustrating.
It was easy to schedule an appointment, and the employees took the time to talk through all the possibilities with me and really clearly communicated what was happening and how to go about making the repair. All in all, everything went really smoothly, everything was timely, and I will definitely come back for any future repairs!

I cannot remember the gentleman's name who was the MOD but he was struggling to communicate with customers and came across like Midas was suggesting service that was unnecessary. Not a confident communicator which causes his message to get lost and somewhat unbelievable. In my opinion, he should not be the person left in charge. It is not a personal attack on him, some folks just are not secure enough in themselves to be effective managers. It takes time and training and it appears he has neither under his belt.
I have used Midas for several years and always been happy but within the last couple of years not so much. They break things on the car and then want me to pay for their mistake. This has happened twice. They tell me something needs fixed when They did the repair just a few months previously. Recently I take the car for a simple fix and they want to upsell for a higher price but I take the car somewhere else and get it fixed perfectly for a third the price. I believe it is the manager since I never had this problem before. I will never go back and am telling everyone I know or come near about my experience. Midas has serviced my last two cars but will not have the opportunity again!
Well, llike lots of places, some things about Midas were highly satisfactory while others were satisfactory. I have no complaints at this time.

Quite simply the staff were great. Explained everything to me clearly. My only issue was they didn’t put service sticker on windshield and my car still says oil change required on the dash.

I paid $2800 for a cracked manifold. When I was quoted an estimate I was told likely an exhaust leak and $500 fix, or worst case 22K. It ended up being $600 more than the 'worst case'. Furthermore, I did not think to call and check the warranty (which should have been suggested). However, when I did call this morning, the gentleman stated, "they charged you $2800 for a manifold?! That seems very high". This did not help my growing suspicion of the charge itself. I will learn from this to call other locations to check estimates before I tell Midas to proceed. The persons there were kind enough, but I do have concerns with the overall cost of the repair, and I do feel taken advantage of.

I brought my vehicle to this Midas, which I have been doing for over 20 years now, because I have Always had Excellent Service done there. They have always been able to Diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs to get my vehicle back on the road. This last week was exceptional service and guidance when it came to a Pesky Fluid Leak that was hard to find and to decide where the problem was. It did take several days to resolve the problem, and it wasn't fixed the first try. But, it did get repaired and All Is Good now. Zach ( The Store Manager and Willy the technician ) were the Best to work with and Exceptional Service, as usual, from this Midas. Thank You very much and of course, I'll be back.
I had a $2 bulb replaced which took a very few minutes and I was charged $30 for labor and $3 shop fee. My total bill for possibly 10 minutes labor and $2 part was $38. I felt that was too expensive. I will not be bringing my car back for any other service.

I visited this Midas at 10342 State Line Rd Leawood Kansas for an alignment after I was verbally abused and kicked out of midas at 7648 Troost avenue Kansas City Missouri. I took my car to midas on Troost on Wednesday October 5, 2022 for abs light check up and brake check up. They damaged my car alignment and gearbox, forced me to buy a new gearbox and it took 4 days for me to get back my car on Saturday 8 2022. The mechanic threatened to call the police on me if I don’t leave his shop. I was overcharged for labor labor I end up paying $2850.00 for a maintenance job I didn’t ask for. Midas on Troost Kansas City treated me badly

My first interaction with the attendant (manager?) was via phone. I inquired about bringing my vehicle in same day to have my cabin air filter changed. He said that would be no problem, bring it in anytime during the day. When I arrived a few hours later, he immediately took down all my info and went back to get the part needed. I assumed I’d either have to wait a while or come back later. He immediately got started installing the part, rang up my purchase and I was on my way within 20 minutes. I’ve never experienced such a matter of fact, let’s get this done kind of attitude in vehicle care. Very refreshing and reassuring. I am recently a widow and know that I will be depending upon honest and trustworthy professionals to care for my car going forward. This Midas location will be at the top of my list for where to take my vehicle in the future. Thank you!

This was my first time at Midas, and I was so surprised at the excellence of service provided! Most places I’ve ever been to have my oil changed lack customer service. Especially if I present a coupon. But this Midas did an excellent job communicating pricing and time to complete the job, and treated me kindly. They even went above what I had asked and let me know the condition of my brakes and tire tread. The representative that I primarily worked with was extremely professional and courteous. I hardly ever complete reviews or surveys, but this experience really impressed me! I will most certainly be back!

I had an oil change, brought the recent returning client mailed synthetic oil coupon for $29.99 I gave it to the attendant. They changed the oil and checked all other aspects. The charge was $97.00I will return and ask why, I was conversing with another patron and did not notice the discount had not been applied.

The gentlemen who helped when I brought the car in were very courteous and said they would get back with an estimate as soon as possible, which I believe happened within 24 hours. They worked on the car and gave me a call when it was ready. I would certainly come again if the need would come up.
My tires were rotated and the back right wheel was not properly secured when this was performed. I was on a road trip and my wheel almost came off before I was able to pull off the interstate and figure out what was wrong. This caused severe damage to my vehicle and put me in great danger for a horrible crash. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to your business. The technician who worked on my vehicle should be talked to so that this does not happen to anyone else.

Midas worked until they found my problem and also welded my Catalytic Converter back together where someone had tried to steal it off the GoodYear lot because I had left it overnight. They where very reasonable with pricing considering all that had to be done.
