This is the third time I’ve used this Midas for oil change, inspection, brakes and they have been professional, very clear in explanations, and satisfactory work. I will come back.

After waiting an hour and a half, I was told they didn't have my oil filter but one would be here in a couple minutes. A half hour later, it was done.I called a day earlier and was told plenty of filters were on hand.
I went to Midas with my modified wheelchair van to have the exhaust system replaced. I understand this type of vehicle requires custom work to be performed . The manager told me that they could order bends and different pipe angles in a kt. He called the supplier and after waiting for a reply for 45 min. he said that he would call me with a price. That was over a week ago and I didn't receive a call back. I figured that a muffler shop could help me out but obviously I was wrong That's fine but no call with an estimate is just bad business.
This wasn't a planned service. Ran into an emergency with needing a tire while in the area for the day. Replaced all 4 tires and the service was great!
Oil change is advertised as including tire rotation and fluid top-off...neither happened

Associate refused to pull out nail and plug the flat tire.Associate instead gave me a laundry list of items he wanted to work on, including transmission, exhaust, shocks, brake pads and wheels.There is something seriously wrong when a person can't even go to a garage to fix a flat tire without worrying about being coerced into large amounts of expensive, unnecessary work.I have now lost all trust in Midas and will never take the car there again, even for a state inspection.
Everyone at my Midas location was very friendly, and they answered all of my questions. Also, the service given was thorough and done in a good amount of time.
Ken at the front desk went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied my visit. I can’t explain how nicely I was treated by Ken and his entire staff at Midas. Needless to say I will be a returning customer.
I feel that I might have gotten a better deal on the cost of parts, having shown the quote I got from a well-known car parts store in the area to the service representative when checking in my vehicle. But, upon looking at the bill I noticed that I was in fact charged more than double for the very part which I suggested could be procured for less from the aforementioned auto parts store. Why such a high markup?

I was told that my car needed $2,440 worth of work because I needed a new compressor and a new radiator. I took the car with my Midas paperwork to my regular mechanic who looked at the vehicle. He said that there is no leak in either part and that I would not need to replace them. I was also charged at Midas for a recharge of my A/C system. My mechanic said that there was no possible way that I could have had my system recharged at 10:30 am and have it bone dry when he worked on the vehicle at 1 pm. I was charged for a service my car never received.

Get more workers the guy from the office went out and helped with my tires. They only put 40lbs of air in tires that needed 85. Stopped at a local garage and put air in the tires.

I received a friendly call back to an appointment requested online. I was assured they would handle the issue. The mechanic took a photo of the issue and brought it to me so I could understand what had to be fixed. They ordered the part and installed it quickly. They even made sure I was safe walking out to the card since I use a walker. Always very friendly!

I didn't appreciate that when the tech was telling me what was wrong with my brake they never looked at me instead they looked at the manager. I think I was ripped off by having to get rotors and brake pads when only brake pads should have be required since my car has barely over 36,000 miles and most rotors can last upto 70,000 miles and the rotors had zero damage to them. I also don't appreciate this was the second time I went in for simple check up and was attempted to be upsell nearly $1,500 in unneeded repairs. I was expected $50 to $100 bill, but walked out with a nearly $800 bill. I will not send anyone that I know to get anything done at this location in fact I will tell them to look elsewhere for everything.
I have been going to this Midas location since they first opened and have always been satisfied. I did not make an appointment this time however they were still able to accommodate me.

We were able to schedule something the next day the problem was found in our vehicle (same day appointment was also available but we couldn’t make it) and a confirmation email was received within minutes of booking. We like that a the booking is within a timeframe which gives us flexibility to organise our day better. Everything was done within an hour with no issue. Thank you so much.
When a customer calls to make an appointment, stick to that time. The desk employee said they were under staffed. I understand being understaffed. I do not understand setting an appointment and your staff not communicating about a possible wait and not telling me that after an hour my car was not even taken in yet
They said they could fix car and did so. Paid them 1275.00.Drove about a half of a mile car stopped running making the exact same noise that was supposed to be fixed. Called them within 5 minutes of picking up car and they basically said “sorry Charlie”. We can’t help you!
As my low tire pressure light was on, I asked that the air in my tires be checked. When I was leaving, I was assured that it was taken care of. However, the low pressure warning was still on. I had to fix it myself.
I originally scheduled a tire repair, but after examining my flat I realized my tire was worn through in a spot and wouldn’t be able to be repaired. The staff was really helpful in picking out new tires and was able to switch my appointment so I could get the service done the same day.

You have a technician who failed my car because the tires were older than 7 years. The tires have perfect tread. I have 3 classic cars that have tires older than 7 years. You will never see my business again. Mostly all mechanics overlook this. Your colmar shop will go down hill since Curtis is no longer there. I took 5 cars to this shop but no more!

This location is great. They always take care of me and I needed a new tire and I ended up just replacing all 4 because it would be cheaper and they were able to get the tires for me the next day and even replaced my wipers. The staff is fast and friendly

The midas touch is all about touching parts on your car that don't need to be touched to make more cash for a failing midas location that needs touched. Not a good location by experience.

I thought I was going crazy. That the problem I kept feeling was just my imagination - the Midas mechanic (Jerry) found I had an outer tie-rod about to fail - a potentially lethal failure at high speeds... fixed everything in short order and my car is back to normal.

While over 2 hours from home I was looking to get a tire fixed that was going flat. Ben took me right in and got the tire fixed in less than 20 minutes. I wish the Midas dealers by me took care of customers the way this store does.
