The team at Midas handled my vehicle better than the dealership. I have a vehicle under warranty that has issues. I will take it to Midas because they have far better service levels than the dealership. They are available, honest, and knowledgeable.

Manager borderline rude and combative upon let him know about the services I request. Quickly told me I would not be pay the amount of the coupon because my car wouldn't take that oil. Once he found out I knew the kind of oil my car took. After he went out and verified. Quickly again let me know that my services would be more because my car takes 5.5 Quarters . I knew this but his general attitude in the beginning was rude. The rest of the staff was amazing and kind.
The team was amazing and very friendly. I went in for an oil change and full inspection. When I got my estimate they went over it thoroughly and explained the most important things I needed done 1st for safety reasons.Went over easy financing options and had my whole left front done from tire, wheel bearings, axle, all done at an affordable price and was done within hours. They offered me a company car if I needed to run errands and also a ride home and back. I had a very good experience, everyone one was so helpful in explaining everything right down to the mechanic doing my car. They even walked me out while my car was in the air to show me everything on the estimate so I could see it myself. Would highly recommend this Midas on Main St. and I hope Billy adopted that puppy. ️️
The friendly atmosphere and the fast in and out service.
I stopped by to get an oil change and asked for an HONEST MAN, the last time I went somewhere for an oil change, it cost me , they told me I needed my tires rotated, aligned, etc I needed windshield wipers and a few other things done and it cost me $500, when I returned to work my guys just laughed at me for being a "woman" and they saw me coming and could sell me anything. I was soooo impressed after they did the oil change including an inspection of my brakes etc. which they had a special going on for $79, they not only did everything they said they would do, they had a coupon for me and I got a discount . I will go back every time for my oil change and check up. Everyone there were smiling and did a good job, and I feel like I knew my car was in good shape.
I had a coupon that stated oil change was up to 5 gallons, associate attempted to charge for over 4 gallons on the oil change. The coupon also included tire rotation , which was not done on an all wheel drive on an all wheel drive vehicle. The bill was only amended after I pointed out the overcharges.

Billy and Rob are absolutely top notch! Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly. This is my first time at this location and we will be back for all of our automotive needs.
I have never used Midas, but now that Billy Reeves is working there, it will be the only place we go. I have always trusted and respected his knowledge and opinions. You guys sure did get a shining star. I can only imagine all the business you guys will start to receive because of his employment!
Needed exhaust pipe/muffler to be replaced. Parts needed to be obtained from dealer. Midas beat the dealer price for installation and made sure it was done in a timely manner.
Needed an exhaust replacement on my vehicle. Due to some complications it was a bit pricey. But with the help of one of the assistant managers, in dealing with part acquisition from the dealer, all went well. Midas was able to beat what the dealer quoted.
They told me to apply for credit and to my surprise it went through and I got suggnificant discounts to pay for everything..Midas is now my go to shop

Needed a tire because I was riding on a spare since they couldn’t repair the one I had they helped me with getting a new one I had a warrant y previously with the tire so they just had to get one delivered in and put on the next day they were very helpful with the process me let me know right when they got the tire in and when they put it on the rims all I had to do was pay for the labor and warranty for the new tire

I received the acknowledgement email; however, the Midas location never confirmed as they did not receive my request. The email clearly shows the correct location. Our company provides medical transportation to and from facilities. It is very important for us to keep our vehicles maintained so that we could continue to provide this service to our community. Midas at 807 N. Main St. The staff has always been very professional and friendly. They have kept me informed of issues on our vehicles. I like the inspections program they have. that has educated me on vehicles. When I have called with an issue they will do whatever they need for me to get the issue resolved. I will definitely continue using Midas and just a little humor no they did not pay me to give them this review. We enjoy working together.
I used this Midas location before after a bad experience with Hudson Nissan . Haven't been back to Hudson. Very pleased with Midas and definitely will return in the future.

I stopped in without an appointment, was promptly greeted, and serviced within a timely fashion. I left my vehicle and shortly thereafter, was contacted about options. Service was fast and friendly.
I get that there are specific people in the tech/garage area may be doing more than one job, and or specialize in one specific service; it doesn’t help that everywhere is understaffed. I would just say better communication during the waiting process; I don’t mind it taking longer than usual, but I’d like to know so that I could arrange a ride to attend to other things during my day, rather than waiting all day in one spot. I’m only saying this because I had set up an appointment and was even there early, but it seems like a lot of walkins were being prioritized. Of course I would still choose Midas, I like the guys at the Summerville, SC location. I only hope to see them improved from here.

Quick and excellent service
I came in for a Groupon ready to roll package. My main concern was an alignment which was done, but now it’s pulling to the right instead of the left, but not as bad as it was. But also asked for a tire rotation along with a break inspection that I had to pay extra for. Then they tell me my brakes are fine and they can’t rotate the tires because I have the wrong lug nuts in my truck. They said they are recessed and I need the longer ones that stick out. I then looked at them and they seem to stick plenty for me, they stick out more than the rim does or whatnot. Also I realized that didn’t they have to take the tires off to inspect the brakes?! Why couldn’t they just rotate them. I’m not sure the brake inspection was even done at all even though I paid extra. Doesn’t seem right to me.

I walked in and was greeted by staff. Everyone was friendly and the establishment was clean. I was a walk-in around 230p and asked for an oil change & brake work. They said they could absolutely help me. They checked my car and suggested I get 2 front tires. After the brake inspection, I was walked around the car and provided detailed information from the results. The work on my car lasted past close but the staff was still friendly and talked with me until it was ready. Thank you!
Everyone at this location was friendly and helpful, would recommend them for car care issues. They had no issue communicating with my aftermarket warranty company helping to save money on the repair to my vehicle.
Well first of all I would like to not have my windshield cracked when I receive my vehicle back. Also there are a bunch of holes and scratches and damage to the media area where the buttons are and that definitely was not there either. I do not like receiving my vehicle back damaged. And nobody says anything at all to me about it and then when I explain the issue I am asked was it already there? Like I am lying about it.

Took my car in for oil change. There was an issue because Tire Choice, who did the last oil change, tighten the screw too much and it stripped the threads causing the entire thing to need to be replaced, a costly repair. They recommended taking it back for Tire Choice to rectify. They were kind and helpful. I called them after hearing from Tire Choice to ask their opinion and they stepped up and helped again. I most certainly will be taking ALL our vehicles here in the future as well as recommend to all I know to do the same.
Jeremy and Joe are the best. When I go in there, they know who I am each time. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable. This is my goto midas and I will not go to any other locations.
When I had {over selling me} on products I didn't need, I walked into the Midas center on Main St in Summerville SC, In a rather uptoned voice I asked to speak to an "Honest Man". Jeremy answered quickly and said I have found him. I told him of my dilemma of my being a woman, I get taken advantage of often. My dealer told me after my "500" dollar FREE oil-change {brake flush, tire rotate, windshield wipers, etc} I needed to replace the tires too. Jeremy looked them over and told me I could get another 10,000 miles or so out of them, so I left thanking him and said I would return when I needed service. About 2 months later I returned and purchased new tires for a trip I was planning, and at that point I was ready. I also got my oil changed and he gave me a competing price when I told him I usually go to another place. Now I am inclined to trust him again and again to give me an Honest Answer instead of trying to Sell me other things.
i came in to have my step son's car serviced, bought 4 new tires, battery and oil change. when i got there, the tires that were promised were not there and had to wait for someone to pick them up at another location. i missed an appointment that day. then, other inspection service request i made had not been performed had i not looked into it - also, the tire harzard protection was not offered, and when i called to ask for it, and make it right, even after all of the other inconveniences, there was no response. i called and spoke with the salesman, i called several times to resolve the issue, never called back, i called again, spoke to manager, AND said he was going to look into it and call back, neither never did. not interested in having a customer return for other services, fine. for a few dollars, had this location offered me free road hazard for my new tires of which i spent a good amount of money, and continuous customer care, now, they lost a customer, my step son's and i will definitely not recommend to anyone else. lost business. i shall, too, write corporate.there many other local tire shops and service stations.
Mike “Chief” was able to help me further my understanding of what options I can take to fix my exhaust leak. They also had the equipment necessary to get under my lowered car, something most other shops in the area could not do.
Used a coupon and the Midas took real good care of me.

I would never recommend this place. They should stick to tires and brakes cause they know nothing about cars. Took my car and was charged $1750 and car still isnt fixed. Took it back several times and each time got a different person with a new diagnosis
